February 25, 2020  – Submission of application and abstract of the report

February 29, 2020 – Notification of the applicant for acceptance of the abstracts

March 31, 2020 – Forwarding the entire report complying with the requirements

May 25, 2020 – Appearance of the final Conference program



PARTICIPATION FEE

(including reports proceeding, conference matter, coffee-breaks, official dinner)

  - academics: Euro 330;

  - regular students, regular PhD students: Euro 200;

  - each additional report (second, third etc.): Euro 200;

  - accompanying person (without report): Euro 250;

- company participation: Euro 330.
